Guard Rahtiz asks you to find and deliver one Class 1 Wood Point Arrow to him. You can find these arrows in Kobold Barrels scattered around the mines.

'Rahtiz says, "The kobolds will be charging down this passage here. I'll only have time to fire a few arrows before they close to melee. Venture into the tunnels beyond and bring me one more arrow; it might just save my life. The kobolds typically leave extra ammunition in the barrels throughout the mines. Break a few of them open and you'll likely find some arrows we can use."
(Hint: To open the barrels you can destroy and then loot the arrows from the wreckage.)
